Will qualcomm 3.0 work

Im looking to get a fast charging car chager and im wondering if qualcomm 3.0 will work with the s7 edge. Thanks

Not sure if it would work, but even if it would activate the fast charge, it won't charge faster than 2.0. The quick charge needs both charger and phone to be able to handle the additional current. The charger only supplies current as much as the phone asks for, and stops as the phone tells it.

Right, i know all that stuff. Ita just easier to find a 3.0 than a 2.0 on amazon that will fast charge with both ports at the same time

I'm using an Anker Powercore+ 20000 mah with Qualcomm 3.0 and it does fast charge my S7.

Its backwards compatible so yes it will it just change at 2.0 I have a anker also have a 5 port in house works great
