will sprint replace my phone due to scratches?

All,
I dropped my HTC Evo. (I got it 3 months ago). Phone works fine but I have a few scratches on the sides. I paid $200 for it and now feel bad about the scratches. I have Sprint's insurance. Anyone know if the insurance will help me fix the scratches? If not Sprint, will HTC fix it? I know 'am just worrying about a few scratches but it hurts me seeing those scratches.
If not for anything, this incident and this forum has convinced me to get a case.

Just get a cheap case (I got one of the cheap $3 TPS ones from Arizona - I slightly modded it to make holes for the buttons so you don't have to push through the plastic) and forget about it. I have plently of scratches on mine. It's a phone it will get scratches. I even got 3 small scratches on the screen from a rivet on my jeans (I had a protector on it but it's just sexier without... I'm kinda risky like that) but it's no big deal because I will be upgrading to the next big thing as soon as it comes out.
