Help Will the avant support usb otg?

So I found somewhere that the Avant is OTG capable but I can't find it again. I want to plug a keyboard in but I don't know if the Avant is OTG capable for sure. Is it OTG capable?

Yes, when you insert a otg flash drive you can access it at /storage/UsbDriveA
I used otg memory sticks for my cwm and philz backups

I bought some otg cables from amazon for REALLY cheap (like $2) but they don't seem to work. I don't know if its my phone or the cables

It might be the cables or if you have another rom besides stock too...I use otg and it works
