Looking at How Does it Work?
It looks like it will connect to pc with an added male to male 3.5mm audio cable.

I don't think it does, looks like a dedicated XBox headset. Of course there is an auxiliary input but that won't be surround.

I was able to connect my Xbox controller to my PC then connect my mic to the controller. I'm not sure if it will work with what you have because I have a generic 5 dollar mic

The reason I was asking if these headphones will work on pc is because of the SRS Unit that comes with them.The SRS Unit will work with my Turtle beach Z22's.The SRS Unit itself cost $80.And I was going to let the wife use just the headphones DXL1.And she won't need the mic either.

I ordered the headphones on Ebay for $39.95 and I got them today.
And YES they will work with a pc/computer.
