Help Will this phone work in the UK?

If it works in Germany it will work in the UK. European bands are pretty standard.

For EE in the UK you want GSM 1800 (but any phone has that), UMTS/WCDMA 2100 (commonest European 3G band), and for LTE 1800 or 2600 bands (2600 is very common, 1800 fairly so).
