Root Will ultra low voltage eventually damage my phone?

Newbie
I've been using my Droid 2 rooted on ultra low voltage at stock frequency for a while now and I do get reboots about 2 or 3 times a day randomly. I can live with these reboots and I don't think they are due to the ultra low voltage because I get them when I don't change the voltage. But my question is if my phone is capable of running on ultra low voltage, will it have any possible long term negative effects?

Thanks

The reboots are usually caused by the voltage not being sufficient to manage data through the CPU, try increasing the voltage a little at a time until it becomes a little more stable. I don't believe the lower voltage will do permanent damage to anything except your sanity. Overvolting can cause damage, due to heat, but under should be totally safe, since it doesn't get hot enough to melt anything internally.

Lower voltage than required couldn't HURT the phone but it just isn't getting the juice that it needs to start and keep started. It will drive you insane and it is something to look after but no need to worry about lower voltage burning anything up.
