win7 android theme

hey guys. i wanted to see if anyone have a good android theme to replace the OEM look. something like this

Not that my opinion was asked for, but that has got to be the ugliest theme I've ever seen. What a way to waste a good OS. Too many hard lines, the green is hard on the eyes over time, and the shading and scaling is pretty bad.

You can do better than that!
