Apps Win7 tutorial

Can anyone give some advice to a noob on how to get the sdk, java and eclipse so it works on win 7. Thanks

Also which versions do I need?
 
I followed the regular instructions for XP or whatever, and it worked fine. I have Eclipse-java-galileo-SR2-win32. I tried a few java versions until one worked, I have Jre66 set in my path, but in eclipse I see jre1.5.0_22 being used. I have win7_64
