Winamp like program

I'm looking for a app like Winamp. I need a music player that doesn't scan for music. I have a WD external drive connected. I can see it thru the file manager, so I can play one song at a time. I'd like to play a folder at a time. The music is in folders. Each folder is one full album\cd.

For whatever reason, WinAmp has pulled or has been pulled from play. This could be for many reasons, including security issues or copyright issues. They still mention a new version coming on their homepage, so stay tuned for an updated release. In the meantime, I would advise that you avoid links to alternative download sites as this is often a method of distributing malware in Android.
 
The free app, MediaMonkey for Android (MMA):
1) Streams music and videos very nicely from UPnP/DLNA network drives, and
2) Can play by folder or by album (either in track # or alphabetical order).

You wouldn't have to do this, but I use MMA in conjunction with the free software, MediaMonkey for Windows (MMW) for a total PC-Android synchronization, management, tagging, and playback solution. (I also use the free app, MediaMonkey Remote so that I can use my Android phone to remotely control MMW on my PC to playback music and video to my PC-connected TV & stereo.)
