Help Windows program run on android?

I am wondering if is possible to run a windows based program on my Gslaxy S5? The program is 2015 Canadian Electrical Practice Exams. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'd need a Windows emulator for Android to run Windows exe files and I don't think there are any, at least that are able to run software for any current version of Windows. Looking over CEP's site, the Windows specs for their practice exams appear to be pretty typical but at the same time not trivial for any kind of emulator.

If you're looking for something that's easily portable and can keep with you, rather than having to use a full-blown desktop or laptop PC, there's cheap Windows 10 tablets, which will run your Windows exam practice software no problem.

Ok, it's a cheapo China tablet but it's from Amazon, so no problems there. I've got something similar myself, and very happy with it.
