Help Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation

Hey guys!

Well, after I reset my computer without removing the files I've tried to log in into my windows account and it gives me this error ie4uinit.exe', the meaning of this is that explorer.exe can't run. Then I've made some research on this error and it is fixed if I use the command sfc /scannow but unfortunately that is not possible because it gives me an error to on cmd(from troubleshoot - command prompt). This error is: "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation".

Do you have any idea what could solve this problem?

Faulty storage media possibly? Like the hard drive actually is going bad, and having difficulty reading and writing data. If it is the hard drive you might actually hear it, making like a repeated ticking or clicking sound.

Looks like that is to do with reading and writing file systems, i.e. hard drives, SSDs, etc.
