Help Wipe Win8 and install Win10, will Bluestacks subscription transfer?

I have Bluestacks v0.10.0.4321, premium subscription installed on Windows 8. I'm going to do a complete wipe of my Windows 8 install and install Windows 10. Will the subscription still be valid for that computer?

I know if you do the Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7/8/8.1.And then you decide to do a clean install,Windows 10 will activate after the clean install.
But not sure about bluestacks.
