Root Wiped OS from my M9

So basically I have rooted my phone using all the instructions here and on the linked pages contained on that page - http://androiding.how/how-to-root-htc-one-m9-on-5-1-update/

At some point with TWRP I have gone into Wipe>Advanced Wipe and wiped everything including the OS.

So the phone is stuck in a bootloop but I can get into bootloader/recovery/download modes.

The only guides I have been able to find for this situation are about M8s and other phones. I have found this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/general/guide-return-m9-to-100-stock-s-off-t3091730
I don't understand the majority of the instructions on that link, but I guess if I can get some kind of ruu.zip and flash install it with TWRP it will install the OS again? Anyway my phone is S-ON and I don't have an SD Card so.

Please help me get some OS on this phone so at least it is workable.
