Help Wiping Cache

After updating to Android 4.4.4, it takes about 10 min. to wipe the cache. With 4.4.2, I could do it in less than a second. Anybody else notice this?

Yes, it's been noted by a few people on the Droids since they received the 4.4.4 update a few weeks ago.

I just now wiped cache for the 1st time. I upgraded to 4.4.4 the other day. It is taking forever. Thankfully it just now started to boot. It had me worried.

The first time I did it, I was worried too. I thought I accidentally hit wipe data/factory reset.

On my Droid Maxx under 4.4.4 it takes from 4.5 to 6.5 minutes. I have asked in various places the reason. I have yet to find an answer.
