I don't know if it works as far as the charging itself is concerned (I would expect it to work though, because I had a thick back cover on my S4 Mini and could still charge it wirelessly without problems). However, beware that the wireless charging back of the S5 is noticeably thicker than the standard one, which means you may not be able to fit the Spigen at all.
I have the OEM wireless charging back and can't find a suitable cover. Nothing fits.

I'd probably just get one with the stick on insert rather than with the new official back..
