Help Witstech A81E (serious problems)

Hi Everyone,
Please if someone can help with my tablet. I got this tablet a month ago from some place online. To start with I can't get this place to help me with my unit. So I give up with them. Since I got the unit I can't get audio to work. Only works with external speaker or headsets. Battery icon wont do anything, so I dont know when is low or full charge. Sometimes It wont turn on till i remove the battery, put it back on and it will turn back on. Im on the middle of doing something and goes off again. Cant get sync unit with my pc . Im in Tampa FL if somebody knows a place where i can take it to get it fix or anywhere that i can send the unit to have it check out place let me know. Im not a computer guy so I really need help. Im in the road a lot and this unit fits perfect for my personal use. After reviews price etc I tought it was great for me. So far going online , my PDF files working great went it is working normal.

If you haven't already, then I'd suggest that you try flashing this Rom which is already rooted and cleaned up... I've been running it a couple weeks and a lot of the aggrevation I had with my A81E cleared up...
