Woman wins victory over Verizon on mystery bill.

When I had verizon this happened all the time. Mystery charges, now it seems that verizon will force you to go to court get the info. Just a warning to all those with verizon, watch your bills.

It's important to note that this applies to Verizon Landline. Their billing is the worst and I've had to file several complaints with the FCC and my state Attorney Generals office to force them to correct various billing errors. However, the Fios service is awesome and I can't imagine going back to cable. I've never had any issues with wireless that couldn't be resolved in the store or by customer service.

+1 - For some reason, Verizon's wireless division is run a bit more smoothly than the phone/internet division. Though not perfect, you can at least get a problem resolved with wireless without spending hours (literally) on the phone being bounced from person to person to person, and none of them knowing what they are doing.
