Won't boot past recovery

I did a factory reset so as I could pass the phone on, now it only boots into twrp and won't go any further, I've tried to install about 10 roms and most give a successful install message but when I reboot it just goes to twrp again. Any ideas because I don't want to throw it away it's a good phone.

and now it's totally bricked, no chargeing light, computer won't see it, not charging, no vibration, nothing.... I ran a 'loopbreaker' rebooted and now nothing. It's headed for a landfill site soon!

Having done a Factory Reset and flash multiple ROMs (each resulting in booting up into Recovery indicating they all were possibly not even for your model), your stored data has been wiped and (if the internal storage media was encrypted) essentially not even recoverable.
