Help Won't charge

I haven't used my Tab 3 in several months (my last trip) and I now am going on another . The Tab 3 doesn't seem to want to take a charge. Is there such a thing as deep sleep? It is only about 13 months old with very little usage
 
Have you tried different cables and chargers?? It's the cheapest and easiest solution that you will find!
