Won't finish reset

I tried to factory reset my android informing tablet and it is stuck on a screen that says android in small letters and will not finish reset
 
Thanks for asking your question here on AF. Some times after a reset it takes a while for the device to boot up. I am not sure which device you have (to give you specifics) but you can try getting into recovery, wiping cache and doing a factory data reset again.
