So, I got my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-18190N) about a week ago with Vodaphone.
Yesterday I had the phone on me all day and it ran out of battery, fair enough - I'll go charge it. So I do go and charge it through the night (although I think since I was charging it through my laptop, my laptop was not connected therefore it lost power during the night too). I wake up in the morning to connect my S3 to the laptop again to charge (as well as the laptop) - all this time the little green battery is filling up - I definitely know it's working.
Then comes the time when it's 100% charged, so I take it out of the laptop to turn it on. But it doesn't. I've tried taking the battery out for some time, I've tried booting it up via recovery and download but it doesn't seem to want to work either (unless you're meant to sit there with the three buttons pressed down for an hour). When I connect it to the laptop again it only shows up with the charging sign ie. the green battery and the loading sign underneath, my laptop however doesn't seem to want to recognize the phone any longer, though I know it's connected as it's charging.
I am utterly confused, I started a contract but mere days ago, I can't believe my phone seems to have spontaneously combust. Does anyone know anything I can do? Am I doing something wrong?
