Wont turn on right?

my Facebook app kept force closing as rest of the other apps, so i tried to turn on and off my phone to see if that would work. But now my phone keeps switching from the Vodafone symbol to the HTC one and wont turn on correctly. i tried taking the battery out for a while and pugging the charger in to see if it would respond and it didn't.. if anyone can help or tell me what's wrong and how to fix it, that would be amazing.

It seems like something has corrupted the device. You'll need to "reset" the device to clear out all the corruption. This process should have things back to normal.
