Apps Won't Upload Apk

Hi. I am trying to run my app on the emulator and it will never launch. Every time i set this message.
[2010-03-07 11:10:39 - Hello android]Failed to upload Hello android.apk on device 'emulator-5554'
[2010-03-07 11:10:39 - Hello android]java.io.IOException: Unable to upload file: timeout
[2010-03-07 11:10:39 - Hello android]Launch canceled!
It does not matter which version i run the emulator on. It works fine on my old computer but will not work on my new one. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, its specific to one project and it will load on an Emulator but wont load on my phone most the time every once in awhile I can get it to upload but most the time it wont

is your emulator on? please check your emulator version, too...
