i just got a sony xperia e and i put im sim card, sd card and battery into the phone and this mesage keeps popping up " unfortunately the process com. android.phone has stopped" how do i get rid of this? thanks

I'd recommend a factory reset.
Go to Settings - Back up and Reset - Factory Reset
