This sounds like a not a bad deal, I hopefully will get more use out of this than those who got the cheap HP tablets.
So this one is the 32G model, and includes the cradle. For 259.99, it does seem like a decent value, even if this tablet is essentially EOL.
I am definitely glad I did not pay 400 bucks for the 16 gig model back in December (without the cradle )
