Help Word, Excel, PDF, when can we view them straight from SD Card?

I just got my phone today. I love every single feature on it. I downloaded at least 10 apps from the android market already.
My only concern is I have tons of docs and pdf file that I used daily. It would be nice if there is an app to view them.
... i know the work around would be email to myself or upload docs and xls files to google docs.

I have the exact problem. Does anyone have a solution?

Once quick think you could is email yourself with the pdf or doc attached and you can view them when you open your mail on your G1 - it's just a simple solution for now until an app comes out to support these docs. hope this helps
