I work for at&t and i have to say it is quite a stressful job, but at the same time very rewarding. i work in the beuc dept (people you talk to when you call 611). My mother use to work for verizon customer service and unfortunately made the decision to leave due to poor management treatments. As far as I'm personally concerned, all the managers at my call center location are pretty good people, with all great management skills. As far as the rewarding experience is concerned the discount is pretty good, and i also feel moving up in at&t is alot easier (me not at floor support psoition). Of course it all boils down to how much you are going to get paid initially, and what kinda work you will be doing for the company.
