Unfortunately, the Droid X was not designed or manufactured as a world phone. It was a great CDMA 3G phone for Verizon, but it did not have a SIM slot or GSM radios in order to qualify.
If you want to learn more, feel free to join our forums! There are still some active users of this phone, as it was a great Motorola product.
