So im sitting here at work and and a coustomer comes in and say i want to see if my phone is ready for an upgrade.. so i go into my system and put her number in and nothing is showing up.. I called up support and they are.. "well we are not seeing that number on file..Is is she sure shes have verizon"... I never thought to ask cuz well i figured that stuff was obvious.. here she is an ATT coustomer! haha she thought that verizon and ATT ere the same thing... boy are you wrong!

I used to get people like that all the time when I worked in a VZW retail store. I'm surprised she didn't give you the "I've been a customer for 15 years!" line.

Wow! Some people are just plain clueless! I used to work at McDonald's back in high school, and every once in a while you'd get someone walking in and ordering a Whopper. Once, we told them they were in McDonald's, and Burger King is the one that sells Whoppers, so after they recovered from the shock, they then asked us if we knew where the nearest Burger King was!
