What device do you have. Those are very old icons I think. Do you have a cache cleaner or system doctor app running.

Still not sure what your device is. Most phones can do seperate notification tones in Settings. Other than that, try Zedge or similar apps, though I haven't used it for that (or anything yet)

the problem is not the cache! the problem is that the writing remains too long which remains about ten seconds! I'll give you another example

A recently installed app may be causing this.

Hunt it down and disable its notifications option.

That is a toast message.
A way to discover where it is coming from is a simple little app I use called Toast Source.

It will identify what app is generating the message so that you can uninstall it or turn off its messaging.
