Wrong certificate name

I was trying to open the sign in page of a website from opera mobile not opera mini this massage appeared

wrong certificate name ... the server's certificate did not match it's hostname. accept?
...
.. . maybe someone trying to eavesdrop on you

so my question is that is there any virus or application trying to get my password?

On https sites, it only means, Opera doesn't know the security certficate of the web site. Android browser often doesn't it know.
Maybe an other Android browser knows it.

If you don't find a browser which knows the certificate, I wouldn't put in my password on this site.
The same guideline I'm using on my PC.
