Wrong language in search

I am English (UK) but when I search in Google I get results that seem to assume I speak another language (I think it's Thai but not totally sure). See attached photo. I was briefly in Thailand using a Thai SIM so maybe this has something to do with it.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Try checking your Google settings for the Search language. See attached pictures, your device may have slightly different menu configuration.
