wrong time on k9 mail

hey there I have to time set up correctly on my htc legend but when I recieve an email it tells me the wrong time when I got it

does anyone know how to fix that

Go to your phone settings > Date & time > Automatic is the box ticked?

If not, try ticking the box and reboot your phone and send a text to yourself to check the time.
