Wrong time

My Samsung galaxy J prime has been changing time at random. It would jump back 6 hours then come back, or jump ahead 10 minutes. I don't know what to do but it's really annoying.

Go to settings Date & Time
Select automatic time and date

Are you using a Proxy for internet access? or perhaps a VPN? It's most likely hopping time zones and syncing with whatever zone you are using at that moment.
