Help WTF is 99029?

When I look at my battery stats I have an app with a black Android icon and the name 99029. It has only consumed 1% of my power but I can't find any trace of it in either Settings .. Apps or Play .. My Apps.

Anyone know what on earth it is?

Big Brother is watching you, be careful Seriously, I looked on my Nexus 6 and Nexus 5x, on my Nexus 6 there is a black Android icon which says Android OS-2% usage. It is not on my 5x. I have also seen a black Android icon which says Media server beside it, however no numbers. Have you enabled developer options? To do so press the Build number in About phone 7 times. I don't know whether this will help find the answer.

I have the black Android, but it is listed as Android OS and is my top battery consumer.

I always show turn on "Show Touches"

Has anyone else noticed, that has this turned on, when you use the fingerprint reader there is a phantom touch on the screen?
