What is it that's actually showing you that message along with the "Scan and kill hidden virus.." thing as well, which is obviously an ad. Bad adware scareware app I think, and it should be removed, I don't think you've been hacked.

Do an audit of all the apps you've got installed, are you using task killers, battery optimizers, "antivirus", etc. That whatever it is thing with ads in your OP screen-shot is definitely suspect.

Appearong onthe screen was an app called Hidden Settings i deleted to after the msg poped up butbphonenwas acting strange before and after app. Apps will be moved from app drawer to home screen by them self. The screen looks like the first season of Simpsons.
