I have a shiny new Razor the guy a cube away has a Nexus. A week ago we noticed BOTH of us were loosing 3G/4G connectivity. Even PHONE connectivity. Called Verizon got the MONKEY speech Reset the phone, reset take the sim card out. ETC. Garbage Garbage blah blah blah. Did all that NOTHING worked. He put in a network trouble ticket. Next day both are phones are fine. 100% no issues. Since then as the day passed the reception has gotten worse and worse. Today I am sitting working listening to streaming radio for about 30 minutes and for no reason NO network. From 4G to Nothing. WTF checked with my co worker and sure enough he has NO network as well. THIS is OUT AND OUT BS. I want my money back.
For the money Verizon charges me and my family to share minutes this is unacceptable. WORSE YET MORONS these people will tell me its my phone why dont you swap it when someone with an entirely different phone has the same PROBLEMS. TECH IS great but with the lip service and crap service you get for the MONEY you pay I am not sure I am interested anymore.
