Help X-plore File Manager LAN feature

I've been using the 'LAN' feature of X-plore File Manager by Lonely Cat Games to access files on my Windows 7 PC for a year. I'm using the paid version.

I just got a Windows 10 PC and can't seem to get X-plore to connect to it. The scan feature does not show the Windows PC 10.

I emailed Lonely Cat Games weeks ago and have not heard back
Any suggestions ?

It's not x plore.... Windows 10 has broken file sharing. Believe me, I've already gone down your path. Tried all file explorer apps to no avail. The best I got was able to still watch movies from the PC, but to actually copy, paste, move or transfer files never worked again. Reverted back to Windows 8 and all good again.

that is why, my home will always be Win7 pro

why "fix it" if it ain't broken??

My Note 4 is on 4.4.4 and it is not broken, so why try to fix it until it is?

working for me on Windows 10
you need to manage your Windows loging account with Microsoft Outlook email one time setting.
example
you Microsft Outlook ID = xxx@outlook.com
and the passwords = 12345
Explore:
find your pc put outlook ID = xxx (Not the rest)
put the pass = 12345
all done there you are!
