Help X10 Housing and Digitizer Q's

I've got a 2nd hand X10 and I want to get the housing changed from black to white.

Also, I noticed after about a week that there are little dark pixel marks at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. So, I've got some q's if anyone can help as I don't quite know that much about all the parts:

Do I need a separate housing and digitizer? I've been looking at this:

If I got this, could I then just buy a white battery cover or would I still need additional housing parts? (sorry, total noob as to what to get!)

If anyone can suggest the best housing & digitizer to get, please could you let me know. Also, I wouldn't be replacing the housing myself, a local shop has quoted me

As for hardware....I have no clue.

Parts look legit.

Or you could just get a skin.

I have a skin on the back of my phone....best sticker ever. Super 3M sticker. I have removed it a few times and it still sticks perfectly and leaves absolutely no residue.

There are two phones.

A white and a black. All the changed were the back covers.
