Help x10 is not turning on

i have borght a new battiery for my x10 and it turned on for 1min and the screen went black and now it is not coming on, the phone shows a red light i have tried to charge the phone but the phone buzzes but doesnt turn on what can i do ???????????? help meeee.

I would try reflashing it with the Update Service:
