Help x10 mini boot problem

Hi Guys!

I really need your help, I tried to downgrade my x10 mini, but it kicked me in some weird boot loop thingy.

The screen is frozen and I can't turn it off, the master reboot just reboots it and it starts where it left.
What should I do?

Is there any way I can shut it off entierly and update it with SEUS?

I'm desperate for help!

By degrading it, do you mean changing it back to Android 1.6 from 2.1?
