Help X10 Orange Romania - firmware udates

Hi,

I've bought this phone from Orange Romania, locked in Orange network.
I don't think the phone is branded since it's no Orange logo anywhere.
I have firmware 14 and I saw that new firmwares (16) are available but update application is telling me that I have the latest firmware.
Are those firmwares regional dependent or network ?

Hi simi_id, having exactly the same issue with Orange UK.

Looks like they're just taking their time.
