Hi,
First of all I bought an xperia x10 from CEX with its box and all its accessories. After just over a year of me buying it it stopped working (anything that required the sim card). I tested my other sim cards in the phone to find out if it was a problem wig the phone or not and found out it was the phone. For your information the phone was unlocked when I bought it but it was previously on the three network (I could tell because the box had written on it the three store and every time the phone booted up it had the three advert start up screen). I took the phone into the o2 store (because that's my service provider) and they said the network the phone came from had barred it. Naturally I was annoyed and sent it to the three customer service through the mail, in with all its accessories and its box and a copy of the proof of purchase from cex showing that I had been its owner for over a year. I sent a cover letter informing that I would like the bar removed as I have payed good money and have ofcourse owned the phone for over a year and therefore it couldn't have been stolen otherwise I wouldn't have all the accessories and the correct box it came and also the owner would have reported it stolen a long time ago.
I sent it off last year during summer sometime and still to this day have not recieved any contact from three about it. Have they stolen my phone?
What can I do because I spent over 200 pounds on that phone from cex and don't want to lose it.
