Help X99max+ April 2020 firmware update - how ?

Anyone done this ? I have the fw update the prog to upload it into the box but which mode on the screen do you select while it is recovery mode ?

In recovery mode you select "Apply Update from EXT" or "Apply Update from external storage", then select the storage device, SDCard or USB drive, and then select the ZIP update package.
