Help Xaimi mi4 not suport 4G and 3G

Paging @CafeKampuchia this one might be for you, 
you're in Cambodia and may know about the carriers there.
I'm thinking it should work no problems, a Chinese Xiaomi Mi4 in Cambodia.
What's the exact model number of it? Also can you confirm the spelling on your phone, it's actually "Xiaomi" not "Xaimi", because there are knock-off and lookalike Mi4 in China which might be spelled differently.
Unless it's a China Mobile "TD" only version Mi4, that wouldn't give 3G or 4G for anywhere but China. Not sure if that exists or not. Confirm model number.
