GSM Arena has just published their review of the Redmi 3 and they had a lot of great things to say about it. They praise the build quality and attention to detail of the design, the display, the battery life, the performance, and they say the camera quality isn't the best, but it's definitely above average.
The only thing they didn't really like was the bootloader being locked to prevent users from installing a custom ROM without an official tool from Xiaomi.
