I updated my phone with the latest upgrade successfully using the PC Companion.
Shortly after I experienced phone freezing crashing resetting to factory settings and rebooting etc. was constantly removing the battery to get back on.
Returned phone to shop still under warranty who sent it off to their repair centre - they said they couldn't fix it as warranty was not covered due to an alleged issue with components which they say has been caused by excessive pressure!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service department maybe when i was carrying it in my pocket???
I don't understand how this can be and wonder if anyone else has suffered from this issue?
I have never heard of this before and believe if there is more likely a issue with the quality of the product after all if pressure was correct you would expect to see external damage to the phone.
My phone has been well looked after kept in a hard plastic and leather case which I carry in a mobile phone pocket on my jacket and my phone is in excellent condition.
Would appreciate any advice on this matter
