Help xperia neo v automatically switch off and also slows down

Hi All,

Recently I update my phone Xperia neo v from Ginger to ICS but after updation every day my mobile automatically switch off and it switch on only after reinserting the battery, also my phone hangs and slows down too.Please provide some solution.

I would advise resetting the phone and then running the update again as this tends to resolve these types of issue after the ICS update.
