I recently updated my phone to 5.0 Lollipop. After the phone randomly shutting down for about 2 hours, I did a factory reset. It hasn't been randomly shutting down anymore but almost all of the apps wont open. I click on them and the app hangs on startup and then crashes after about 2-3 minutes. Any help would be much appreciated, I can barely use my phone anymore.
