I'd have to agree with Hadron - whether a phone is the right one for you or not is a difficult question to answer. My advice would be to try and get some hands on time with any phone, to see what it's like... my first phone was a Desire HD, while my wife had a Galaxy S... I found her's to feel too plasticy/toylike, but she loved it!
